Career at Medlingua

Teach the German
that careers
depend on.

We are a small academy doing serious work — preparing international doctors for the Fachsprachprüfung, helping families through the Approbation, and teaching the German that careers depend on. If that sounds like work worth doing, we would love to meet you.

A native German teacher leading a class of international students at Medlingua Academy in Berlin

Why teach here

A small school built around teaching, not administration.

  1. 01

    Small school, real impact

Class sizes capped, cohorts you actually know, students whose Approbation depends on the work — your teaching shapes a career, not a metric.

  2. 02

    Berlin or fully remote

Work from our campus in Pappelallee, fully online, or a mix. We trust you to teach where it works best for you and your students.

  3. 03

    A specialist team

You will work alongside experienced DaF teachers, FSP-experienced physicians, and a school that understands the work — without the corporate friction.

  4. 04

    Fair, transparent pay

Clear rates, prompt payment, and salaried contracts available for the right teachers. We pay properly because we expect properly.
